We were on the Majesty of the Seas last week and really enjoyed your music a couple of nights during our cruise. We also bought your most recent CD and are enjoying that as well. Keep up the good work. Gary and Rhonda Toothaker

After one night in the Viking Lounge, we were drawn back in the following 2 nights. You somehow found a way to put up with us as did the rest of the patrons in the lounge. We were indeed the highlight of your show as you were the highlight of our cruise. We enjoyed your humor, your guitar, your harmonica your songs and of course your voice. The melody's were especially fun! Thanks for entertaining us or as Caryn says..."was it the other way around?????". Also, thanks for the great photo on the web! The Boston Babes

Steve, Just two nights in the Viking Lounge on Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas but your sets were for me a real high point. Thanks. The little lady that bought the CD just ahead of me should see the mileage I've got on mine. Tom Davis is my name and we only got to chat a little about Barbershop singing but I'm still interested in your thoughts if any. My e-mail is twd36@aol.com and if you sell it I'll come back and heckle you! As we say in Barbershop..."Singing is Life...The rest is just details." Thanks again and the other CD's will soon get their chance. Sing On My Man...Tom Davis

This was our first cruise and it was a wonderful experience. What a great way to end each day sitting in the Viking Lounge listening to the music of Steve. We bought a couple of his CD's and each time we listen to them it puts us right back on the cruise and wishing we could be sitting there in person once again. A big "thank you" to Steve! Hey Steve - Now that we got our land legs back... wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your music & how impressed I was with your knowledge of music... backgrounds of groups/songs. We were the ones from Chicago that requested "Crazy" and your "Nassau Song". Think we got to hear all verses the 2nd night. Great job!! Let us know if you ever venture to the Midwest to play. Deb M.

Hi, Steve. It was nice talking and listening to you this weekend on the ship. We were the honeymooners in the library, enjoying our cigars. You greatly impressed us with your finger-picking style. If you come across another Songbird, kindly let me know. It felt very nice, and sounded great. We want to get some of your music to enjoy at home (maybe I can start to pick with my fingers now instead of relying on a pick). Hope to see you again. timblanton@netzero.net

Steve, We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your performance in the Viking Crown Lounge on 8/20. We are the group from St. Louis who enjoyed the "easy listening and folky" songs. We wish we would have known the extent of your playlist and we could have come up with a lot more requests. Due to the fact that we had the Main Seating for dinner, we were very sad to miss your performance on Deck 11. We also missed your second performance in the Viking lounge. Darn it! Anyway, your talent and friendliness really enhanced our cruise experience, so please let us know if you plan to change venues. We really enjoyed your website, please continue with the quotes, movie reviews, and details about life on a cruise ship. We really enjoyed you "Plunder and Pillage" CD, like you knew we would, though it was too short (that is a sure sign that it was a great cd). Please let everyone know when "Previously Rejected" gets released. The quote "Love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life" really makes us want to follow your lead and get out of this rat race. Please keep in touch and thanks for the memories. Becky and Jason (jasobeck@msn.com)

Steve, Many thanks for your great entertainment over this past weekend. John and I had a great time and we weren't kidding when we said you were the best entertainment on the ship. We included very positive comments in our exit survey. Best of luck to you and we look forward to another cruise with your fine entertainment. Royal Caribbean is lucky to have you on board! Thanks again! John and Gina Daley Wheeling,WV

Dear Steve: Herb and I (Sue) were on the Labor Day Cruise (8/30/02). What a pleasant surprise when we entered the Crow's Nest Lounge. Your voice and music were great and we loved listening and talking to you. Sorry we didn't make it the last night as Herb was tired and and just couldn't make it (He's getting old). Good luck to you in the future. My e-mail address is sstein1105@aol.com. Hope to hear from you when you get a chance. Again, thanks for making our cruise such a wonderful experience. Sue Stein

Hi Steve, Like many of the other folks that have written here previously, we just wanted to tell you once again how much we enjoyed your music in the Viking Crown Lounge on the "Majesty of the Seas". It was a great experience, and we enjoyed not only the fantastic perspective afforded by the lounge, but also the great entertainment that you provided. We're really enjoying the CD that we purchased, and hope that we'll run into you again on a future cruise. All the best, and smooth sailing! John and Gina Daley Wheeling, West Virginia
